Prepared by the one and only, Mr. Matt Martin. I'm not a fan of mashed potatoes so this was my very first time with the SP...and it was delicious. Not to mention, beautiful to look at.

Salmon & Asparagus

At Spirits in Alexandria. The asparagus was perfect and seasoned so well; I ate every bite. The salmon, however, was too much for me to handle. It was absolutely delicious, but enormous. I felt terribly guitly about being unable to finish such a wonderful piece of meat. Spirits never goes wrong with fish. Their chefs are gifted.
