Salmon & Asparagus



At Spirits in Alexandria. The asparagus was perfect and seasoned so well; I ate every bite. The salmon, however, was too much for me to handle. It was absolutely delicious, but enormous. I felt terribly guitly about being unable to finish such a wonderful piece of meat. Spirits never goes wrong with fish. Their chefs are gifted.

  2. It really is. I want to know how they prepare it. Anytime I try to make asparagus at home, it's a disaster.
